MEDICAL-GRADE SILICONE – Waterproof, hypoallergenic. these Kegel balls are gentle on skin and vaginal walls, and they’re odour resistant.

Use - Insert the kegel balls by pushing them gently into the vagina and a bit of lubricate.
Don’t press them to the back of the vagina, keep at least 2cm of the pull ring out
Perform the exercise – contract the pelvic floor muscles and squeeze the balls. Kegals are a muscle, so 20 mins and a slow build up is recommended.  Remove the kegel balls by relaxing your muscles and pulling gently from the ring.

Product Cleaning

Clean use warm water or water based toy cleaner to clean the body of the product.
Wipe gently with dry lint free cloth or use towel to pat dry.
Save store this product in a cool, dry and clean environment, separate from other materials
Note. Avoid direct sunlight.

I advise you start with our cheaper options to "practice" with first. The cheaper option  must be replaced every three months, obviously for health reasons. When you are confident, move on to the more expensive options. We have several in stock that have a 15 year warranty.
